If you know your current password, but you would like to change it for security reasons, follow the steps below.
How Do I Change My Password?
Begin by logging into your Spotz account by clicking My Spotz, located in the upper right hand corner of the Spotz homepage.
You will than be able to sign-in by entering your email address and password, or through your Facebook or Google account. Press Sign In to continue.
- After signing in, you will be redirected to your Profile page. To see more and learn how to edit your profile page, please visit How Do I Edit My Profile? From your profile page, locate and click on Account Settings on the left hand toolbar.
- The Account Settings page is where you can change your password. Begin by typing in your new password in the New Password box and then typing in your new password again in the Confirm New Password box. Your password must contain one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number, and one non-alphanumeric character (symbol). Upon choosing a new password, type your current password in the Current Password box. When finished, select Update and then select Save to complete your changes.
- After saving your changes, you will receive a notification and email informing you that your password has been changed.
