As soon as customers make a reservation request, you will receive an email notifying you of your pending reservation. From the email, you can click Manage Reservations to be brought to Spotz to approve or deny the request. If you ignore the email or would like an additional way of viewing your pending reservations, there is an alternative.
- Beginning on your organization's Spotz page, locate the Inbox in the upper left hand corner.
- Once you are in the Inbox, you are able to view two items - Unread Messages and Pending Reservations. The pending reservations will be listed under the "Attention Required (Approve/Deny)" heading. Any reservations listed underneath this heading will require you to approve or deny the rental. You can do so by clicking Review next to the reservation.
