How to Create a Rental Calendar

Spotz makes it easy for you and your organization to rent your unused space using our inventory calendar. Whereas other programs exclusively use a calendar system to manage their rentals, Spotz‘s inventory system allows owners to list only their unused space. To begin, you will create availability blocks with all the times your facility is available to rent. You have the ability to list as many or as few hours as you would like. Once you have your availability set, you can set exceptions and internal assignments for all of the times your organization might have internal conflicts. These exceptions and assignments do not cost you anything and allow you to account for various internal conflicts. After establishing your availability, exceptions, and any internal assignments, your facility is now available to rent!
